My dad gave me this record for Christmas the year I bought my turntable because (in his words) "if you're gonna have a record collection you GOTTA have some Steely Dan". He is of course correct on account of Steely Dan fucking owns and Aja is their magnum opus. I had already fallen in love with the album through JoJo's Bizarre Adventure way back in high school and today I consider this record to be one of my prized possessions- thanks dad for the choice gift.
