I was honestly not sure what to expect from this, but I unfortunately had a feeling that this would be a generic pop album with none of the depth and creativity or groove that her later hits would have. Annnnnnd after listening all I can say is: yes.
This album really reminds me of those C-tier Pop artists who somehow get hits and yet no one knows their name. Outside of the singles, none of these songs are memorable or have anything noteworthy about the music itself.

Olivia managed to avoid a sophomore slump with her second album "GUTS" which I'd say is marginally better than the already great "SOUR" back in 2021. Olivia seems more confident, and the music sounds darker/grittier which I always like.
The rock cuts go even harder this time around and the ballads also all have hard-hitting sides to them which I always like (love it when ballads transform and don't js stay the same). Overall, I think that this is a natural and ... read more

I seriously think that all the people who found the cover offensive have room temp iq or have never heard Sabrina's music in their lives so they couldn't understand the impending irony and sarcasm that was gonna come from this album's music and ... read more
Sabrina's album after her breakout "emails i can't send" is genuinely so much better than that album that I'm kind shocked ngl. I did listen to this record before her breakout and so returning to this after was like a breath of fresh air.
On this album, Sabrina really finds her own style of cheeky, tounge-and-cheek, fun pop music which is often quite funny. The songs are mostly all catchy and the instrumentals are all pretty good as well. Definitely think that she has ... read more
