Scattle, Lost Years and this really were the ground for my synthwave-phase. To my surprise this was a lot better than I expected and remembered. Consistensy here is amazing and the transition from Infiltrate to Acid Spit is still one of the best and full of climax and adrenaline. 198XAD is one of top tier electronic albums and a unique one.

Certainly better than 100th window. Songs were interesting and reminded me a lot of Radiohead's stuff. Soundscape all around was very lovely and it's a fine album to end a discography.

This is a prime example to show that thrash metal doesn't need to be fast to be good thrash. Seasons in the Abyss really gives the best of both worlds from South Of Heaven and Reign In Blood. Not really shure if this is better than Reign In Blood, but still an very essential record for Slayer.
kinda funny how people compare this to Converge, for me this is clearly a different direction of heaviness tho I understand the comparison. this starts out nice but isn’t creative enough, there is some filler. still a decent project!

ok on the serious note my expectations were high and fortunately were met. the second half is not as good as the first but still exceptional and the album works as a whole. this was a WILD ride. i just wish they released less singles before this. anyway can i get my eyeliner?
it’s hilarious how this doesn’t even try to be any different from Slayer
