As much as I want to like the album more, I just cannot find a reason to give it more than 75. Nothing really impresses me, although Texas Flood is pretty cool.
Absolutely love Stars, as I'm sure many others do. I don't always listen to songs with sad/sentimental themes, but Why I Like Robins and I Hate it Too are beautiful.
So yeah, the album title doesn't lie! I mean it's just a nonstop energy that makes you feel vibrations in your head. Favorite song in terms of metal is Rise.. shit is just so angry and amazing. Favorite song is overall is Hollow. Tap in.
Of course above all things I have to say rest in peace to Lynn and Dobbs... such a sad story man. I cannot imagine how big these guys would've been if things for them hadn't gone the way they did. As for the album, this is the shit I love to hear. Such a fuck you attitude all around (especially to the 1 "critic" who gave this a 50/100) and so many parts of songs that draw you in more after you didn't think you could be more attentive to what you're listening to. ... read more
