Against all adz, Sufjan Stevens is NOT fucking around with this one‼️
Going into this album, the only song I was familiar with was the opening track, Futile Devices. To say that this song didn’t give an accurate impression of Age of Adz as a whole is an understatement; this album is pretty wild especially considering Sufjan’s relatively conventional folk roots he was primarily known for at the time.
