As my first ever JID album, I was impressed, VERY impressed.
Great vocals, Production and overall lyrics.
LOVED IT.

Really really warmed up to JID.
Considering Dontai is a streamer, i never expected much. And he didnt deliver much.
Although the delivery is deadpan and sometimes boring, the lyricism and simple beats match that energy.
Legacy is a beautiful track in its own ways, and i loved it.
The beats could use more energy, same with his voice. The adlibs/backing vocals on Dont Wait Til im gone are great, which by itself in my eyes makes it the best track on this album/project.

After 2 Thorough listens of this album, i found it to be great.
The production is there, and more than just there. Its genuinely almost perfect.
Lupe's rhymes and flow is phenomonal through the whole album.
The production peaks a Daydreamin'. Which is my personal favourite.
Overall this album is a MUST LISTEN. Its one of the best albums of its time, and definitely the best of 2006.

While this album isnt horrible whatsoever, its a huge stepdown from past projects like Alone at prom.
Overall this album servers one toned, similar and very repetitive songs.
While the songs arent bad, theyre not great either. In my opinion they all sound the same, and sadly the best tracks are the lead singles.
Tory brought another DBZ reference with BULMAS PATIENCE, which overall was quite a strong track.
He does have a way of making repetitive songs fun to listen to.
