A short but really solid collection of tracks here. The writing is on point and the production is really solid as well but some of the mixing is too quiet and sometimes the pacing is a tad slow or just less memorable at times. There are a couple incredible songs on here but the rest of the songs while good, are held back a bit. Also there was very little of Mach actually on this album wtf.
Wait why is this unironically kinda good. This is easily Fetty Waps best project that he’s released since his debut and it’s not close. This album actually sounds pretty freaking good for the most part. While I think his debut album easily has higher highs and more memorable moments, this tracklist is definitely more consistent. Fetty has some genuinely good singing performances and some good rapping moments as well! A lot of the features are pretty solid as well but my favorite ... read more
This album shows Fetty wap rapping more than any other album he’s made. On a lot of songs he doesn’t focus as heavily on catchy melodies and singing but instead shows us his raps. I think for the most part this album is pretty decent but not great. I would compare his rapping ability to be most similar to like quavo from the migos which for me I think quavo is a decent rapper but let’s just say there’s a reason why he was typically responsible for the hooks. I think ... read more
As the intro of this album lets you know, it took Fetty WAP 7 years to release a second studio album. Instead of capitalizing on his hype he decided to just not really do too much besides make a few mediocre mixtapes. Finally he decides to release his second album and was it worth the wait? I mean no but honestly I was surprised at how good this actually was. Don’t get me wrong this wasn’t amazing by any means but this album was consistently pretty dang good. Most of the songs had ... read more
This mixtape is honestly pretty fine for what it is. It’s decent with some fun melodies, ok writing, and some catchy moments but the real issue is that this mixtape is pretty one note. A lot of these songs sound very similar to one another and there isn’t too much separating them from one another except for the song attachment which I think is the best song on here and it’s actually unique for Fetty. I don’t really have too many thoughts on this tbh. It’s ok and ... read more
Ayo this EP is actually not half bad wth. I actually think the production is pretty interesting on here and Fetty catches some interesting pockets and has some catchy moments. I don’t think every song on here is great but I think this is honestly pretty consistently decent and it was fun for one listen. Idk how many songs I’m gonna one back to but it was cool.
This mixtape from Fetty was honestly pretty mid for the most part. There was one song I enjoyed and a couple really bad songs but honestly for the most part it’s just kinda forgettable. Nothing crazy at all. Uninteresting beats, uninspired performances, and forgettable features.
I’m surprised to see that the majority of Fettys music aside from his debut album have very limited reviews or attention. This mixtape is honestly pretty decent in my opinion. I don’t really think it’s anything crazy but I honestly think there are a lot of enjoyable tracks on here with catchy melodies and some fun production. Do think this mixtape is a bit inconsistent though and I do think there are some very bad songs on here but for the most part I actually think this is ... read more
6lacks newest album is his most rap focused project to date and he focuses a lot more on that than his singing. I think for the most part he does a decent job at rapping while still incorporating his standard melodies but honestly this album wasn’t anything special in my opinion. I definitely think this album is better than his last one but this wasn’t too memorable to me. I thought the album was enjoyable for one listen but nothing really stuck with me enough to make me want to ... read more

6lacks 3rd album is easily his weakest album he’s ever released. This album is a drag to get through and the majority of this album is insanely boring and one note. The production isn’t interesting, the singing and rapping sounds very similar on most of the songs and doesn’t really switch up or do anything unique, and the writing isn’t anything new. I will admit that don’t think this album is as boring as I remember it being but that’s ... read more

6lacks second album is definitely a step down and weaker than his debut album but I still think it’s enjoyable for the most part. There are a few incredible songs on here that I love and the rest of the album is consistently pretty decent but there is just a lot of tracks that are just ok. Nothing too memorable in terms of production and melodies but nothing bad by any means. For the most part this album is pretty good with some definite highlights for me but ... read more

I haven’t listened to this album in full in years goddamn what a throwback. This album is sooooo damn nostalgic for me. I love the vibe of this album and my all time favorite 6lack songs are on here. This album is dark, moody, atmospheric, and one of my favorite late night drive albums to listen to. Coming back to this album was great and basically every single song grew on me. I was reminded of how much I love this album and while I do think some songs on here are ... read more
Genesis Owusu’s 3rd album is another incredible album to add to his discography. He sticks to his standard dance sound but instead of focusing on punk he decides to focus more on rapping this one. I think this album is genuinely amazing and I think it’s a near perfect album with amazing writing, fun production, and great singing moments. This album is great in basically ever single way possible and I loved basically every single song on here. Besides 4life and some moments on death ... read more
Genesis Owusu’s second album is a pretty solid follow up to his debut album. He decides to stick to a more streamlined sound on this one instead of experimenting so much like he did on his last one. He focuses more of the dance punk and synth punk sound which I think is pretty fun for this project. For the majority of this album, the production is super solid and his writing is pretty fun and catchy. His singing is pretty good as well but I do think some songs on here are just less ... read more
Holllyyyyy I’ve been listening to so many banger albums these past couple of days I’m hyped. This album is incredible. It’s so unique and he is able to tackle so many different styles, sounds, and genres seamlessly. The creativity and ambition on this project is incredible and every single song on here sounds so unique and incredible. The writing is amazing and important but also he manages to make every single song so catchy and memorable. This album is an incredible debut ... read more
Fakeminks newest album is a banger for sure. This album sounds like a bit of a throwback to some of his earlier EPs and I think for the most part, this album is awesome. I was a bit worried after I was underwhelmed by his newest EP but I’m glad to say that I was not disappointed in the slightest. I loved this album and thought the production was great and his rapping was also great especially in the first 2/3rds of this album. I do personally think however that after the 7 minute long ... read more
Ok this album is peak holy cow. This album is the most chill out of all of his other EPs but he still manages to have super experimental beats and production that sounds amazing. His rapping is incredible as well. Everything about this album is so addicting to me and I genuinely am in love with this. I think this is his best project by far and this album has some of my personal favorite songs that I’ve heard from him. I think this album is easily perfect and it’s so damn good. Also ... read more
I think this is easily fakeminks most underwhelming EP that he’s released up to this point. I think the mixing is a bit too bad on a couple tracks and some of the production just isn’t as unique as some of his earlier projects in my opinion. I think there are still a couple amazing songs in here but overall it was definitely a bit weaker than usual.
101 is definitely the better if the two tracks but the other song is still good don’t get me wrong but I just enjoy the other one more.
I know it’s just two songs but goddamnit these two songs are perfect. They are so damn catchy, have incredible production, and the rapping is just so damn solid.
