i don’t hate any songs on here, or think any are really bad. i guess this sound just isn’t for me. i think idmthy is way better (which is somehow a weird take to some people??) and yeah i know this isn’t a full length album but maybe that’s part of the reason i don’t like it as much. overrated, but not bad
quadeca impressed me when i first heard from me to you, and now quadeca has sent me to heaven (no pun intended) with this one. Where do I began? This is by far one of my favorite albums ever, it really is. The sound of the opener sets a good tone for what your going to be getting into, even if its not similar to the rest of the tracks. "your clothes" is a fucking bop and a classic, the theme of the song too is a real interesting look into a possible situation anyone could end up in. I respect you actually liking a quad song, but this take is fucking insane, there’s plenty of times on fmty where quadeca clearly has good range and good control, and yes I know your review on fmty was that you hated it, but still how can you not recognize that, “back up to earth” on the deluxe I think is his best vocal performance if not “can’t you see” with the type of range he had on there."
