Tiffany Day - HALO

I dont buy Tiffany Day. I dont buy this persona that shes trying to foster in this album. The lyrics at times are extremely bare bones and basic. Shes a 25 year old women describing parties and feelings like an 18 year old college freshmen. It feel so plain and corporate and basic. And if this is who she really is then shes just not an interesting person. And if this is something that was curated for her then she doesn't pull off this persona well. It boggles my mind that Same La is ... read more

Didnt know an EDM project could be this good

Bassvictim - Basspunk

Solid album, few really great tracks and the rest is solid. Really been becoming a big BV fan as of late

Ninajirachi - I Love My Computer

Feel like there are a few misses but man the hits really hit, so many AMAZING songs man.

Malcolm Todd - Sweet Boy

Really good mixtape, not too many misses and some real standout hits. Definitely feels repetitive at times but its high quality throughout so can't complain too much.

Charli xcx - Rock Music

Music Video carries so hard only thing that makes this listenable, interesting concept and ideas but the song should actually have to sound good to execute those ideas well.

keshi - Requiem

Very solid album, not too many standout tracks but none are really bad either. Very consistent very good.

underscores - fishmonger

Very good, hyperpop classic of course but definitely hasn't aged the best. Some rough parts here or there but that also comes with some of the most unique, incentive parts I've ever heard. Great album!

Nettspend - early life crisis

Lot of hits, but also a lot of misses, could be an exceptional album if not for theres being a lot of misses and being bloated. Really feel like if the album was cut to around 12 songs it'd be perfect. Also starting to get tired of this punk inspired rapping that every ug artist has been doing. Starting to feel unoriginal. Even with that negativity this is his best project easily.

slayr - Half Blood (BloodLuxe)

Pretty great Deluxe. No misses really, maybe not as good as the original album but it builds on and expands the sound of the original album well. Wish some songs were a bit more unique but everything is very high quality so I cant really complain too much.

Edit: 90->83

Some songs got ruined for me and overall just not listening to it as much as I was. Still a good deluxe just nothing crazy, wish it was a bit more unique.

Edit: 83->74

Yeah this deluxe did not stick with me at all

Magdalena Bay - Imaginal Disk

Genuinely damn near perfect album, they couldn't have executed it better if they tried. I thought they were overhyped for awhile and they were just solid artists at best. Boy was I wrong.

Lucy Bedroque - Fête de la Vanille

Short but amazing, 0 flaws, if this were a full fledge album, it'd be one of my favorites if not my favorite.

brakence - punk2

The album that changed my life

Jane Remover - Frailty

Known about this for awhile it just never sounded good to me when I tried to listen to it so I refrained from it (same with all Jane's work with me). Finally got around to liking movies for guys and then revengeseekerz which caused me to finally dive into Jane's discography a little more. Added a few songs here and there from this project and didnt love it at first but its grown on me. Listening to it in full now, I like it a lot more than I thought I would. Really there is no ... read more

2025 AOTY. No misses, half of the album has ELITE tracks. Really can't get much better than this.

susquatch - In This World

Really great record, honestly could grow on me more since it took while for matsuri (the song i found the album from) to grow on me

roxie - RX

Nothing too special but insanely high quality for how small of an artist he is

slayr - Half Blood

Yeah this deadass might be one of the best "rage" albums I've ever listened to. So unique while at the same time not being so experimental that it alienates people. This is deadass just good music.

Edit: 99->87

Yeah I overrated this hella lol but still one of the better ug projects I've ever heard.

glaive - Y'all

I dont think i can listen to Bennie and Kay without tearing up. His best album even tho I don't think the peaks on this are as high as some of his previous works.
