It's not exactly anything new or groundbreaking, is it? More or less just a continuation of the first LP.
When '22' emerged, the track seemingly divided the fan base. Some believed this new approach to be pretentious. However, the vast majority were intrigued by this new-found experimentation (myself joining the latter). The album and its audience's speculations seem to draw parallels between this and 'Kid A'. Discarding a more conventional approach, yet still remaining soulful and true in their lyrics, Vernon and company have crafted a contender for the album of the year.
The most recent offering from Hessle Audio sees Pangaea make several nods to the past (his dubstep roots), as well as injecting new ideas from a more techno-based perspective.
