Being a 19-year-old girl, Speak Now has always meant a lot to me, and the re-record happening NOW is perfect. I wanted a bit more from the Vault tracks, though- they're good but they're missing something inexplicable.
FAVORITE SONG: "I Can See You"
LEAST FAVORITE SONG: "Superman"
The Struts are moving in a very solid direction. They're returning to their glam rock roots while maintaining the improved lyricism of their last project, and the result is very catchy.
FAVORITE SONG: "Bad Decisions"
LEAST FAVORITE SONG: "Remember the Name"
Obsessed.
FAVORITE SONG: "Wintering"
LEAST FAVORITE SONG: "Human Too"
I am convinced that Awsten Knight has a golden touch. Waterparks just keeps getting better.
FAVORITE SONG: "RITUAL"
LEAST FAVORITE SONG: "FUCK ABOUT IT"
This album is SO NOSTALGIC for me- it was the first album I ever bought using my own money and the subsequent tour was my first concert. I have been waiting for this re-release since she first started doing them. I will admit, in some songs, I didn't LOVE the revamps, just because of how attached I am to the original versions, but the Vault tracks more than accommodate for it. I cannot believe what this album sounds like now. The new version of "New Romantics" absolutely blew my mind. ... read more
I am a Troye Sivan lover until I die, and a Blue Neighbourhood girly through and through. Living for his single era.
FAVORITE SONG: "Honey"
LEAST FAVORITE SONG: "Still Got It"
A perfect album. There isn't a song that I don't love- I can't wait to see what she does next, as she literally only gets better.
FAVORITE SONG: "Welcome To My Island"
LEAST FAVORITE SONG: "Crude Drawing of an Angel"
I love Phoebe Bridgers and this album doesn't disappoint. She's an immensely talented vocalist, a truly poetic lyricist, and a genuine talent.
FAVORITE SONG: "I Know The End"
LEAST FAVORITE SONG: "Halloween"
I've been a Sabrina Carpenter fan for a long time now and she just gets better every time.
FAVORITE SONG: "Read Your Mind"
LEAST FAVORITE SONG: "How Many Things"
I was sobbing hysterically by the end of this. I think the only reason it's not in my Top Five is because I can't listen to it super often or else I'll cry again. Truly beautiful.
FAVORITE SONG: "Musician"
LEAST FAVORITE SONG: "Dullscythe"
I...hated this. Pop punk has been done so many times before, and it's been done so much better. Either let the genre die or at least do it nicely. Boring, repetitive, and generic.
FAVORITE SONG: "Concert For Aliens"
LEAST FAVORITE SONG: "All I Know"
This album raised me and I still adore it.
FAVORITE SONG: "Teen Idle"
LEAST FAVORITE SONG: "Homewrecker"
This album ranges from painfully generic at best to downright offensive at worst. Liam Payne is talented, but this album does not showcase that talent in the slightest.
FAVORITE SONG: "Stack It Up"
LEAST FAVORITE SONG: "Both Ways"
I like Zayn, but this album is way too long and way too boring.
FAVORITE SONG: "Sour Diesel"
LEAST FAVORITE SONG: "Fresh Air"
Really cute, solid album.
FAVORITE SONG: "80 Miles"
LEAST FAVORITE SONG: "Not About You"
An album from my childhood that absolutely holds up into adulthood. Amazing.
FAVORITE SONG: "Arabella"
LEAST FAVORITE SONG: "Mad Sounds"
I wanted to like it so much more than I did. He's incredibly talented, but this album just didn't do it for me.
FAVORITE SONG: "wRoNg"
LEAST FAVORITE SONG: "tRuTh"
I really love The 1975, and I like experimental music, but this album was just SO experimental. I think if it had been condensed a bit into a more cohesive thing, I would have enjoyed it more. The good moments here are great, but the bad moments are also terrible.
FAVORITE SONG: "You & Me Together Song"
LEAST FAVORITE SONG: "Shiny Collarbone"
Not my favorite Waterparks album, but it contains my favorite Waterparks song to date. A solid debut from a band that would only grow.
FAVORITE SONG: "It Follows"
LEAST FAVORITE SONG: "Powerless"
I love 80s synth pop. I love Niall. I love this.
FAVORITE SONG: "Small Talk"
LEAST FAVORITE SONG: "Cross Your Mind"
