Man this album has such a special vibe, this is such a good winter album, I remember throwing on some Bladee last time it snowed and it hit 10x harder than it usually would. Score is only 72 though because I think there are clear standouts which make the other songs look just okay in comparison. Frosty the snowman is incredible, he has such a good flow. This was my AOTY last year without a doubt in my mind. I love every track on this thing and at 17 tracks, that is no short feat. I saw this album performed live TWICE, the only Artist to this day who I've seen in concert more than once and the first time I didn't even know they were making a second album until I showed up. This is a good album by Underscores, probably not her best though. I will say it's more consistently good than Wallsocket but the highs aren't quite as high. Tell me (U want it) is definitely my favourite track here, I love it soo much. Kinda feel tricked when artists put the best song first cause then when the album finishes and the best song comes on you're like "ahh what the hell, one more time". This album is so addictive, every time I open spotify it speaks to me like the green goblin mask, I haven't listened to like any other albums since this came out. Every song is great, pretty short album at only 20 minutes but that's not a bad thing since I would willingly listen to it over and over again. Menlo Park absolutely blew me away with it being Ayeshas most sincere and vulnerable song, I need to find out how she made it, gotta be at least 15 layers of OTT on every instrument. ... read more
