Bon Jovi - Forever
NR

Bon Jovi is still a band?

Eminem - Houdini
78

Bro I actually ended up liking this song A LOT more than I was expecting to. I appreciate Em's efforts to try to make songs that were around the Eminem Show/Encore era. I found it to be surprisingly catchy and the beat pretty much hooked me. Overall a really fun track

Yung Oogway - Adolf Hitler is My Nigga

This might genuinely be the worst thing I’ve ever heard, no exaggeration. There’s no way anybody think this is funny.

What’s hysterical is that he literally made an apology video saying he’s not racist, and the day after he makes this abysmal clusterfuck of a song. Absolutely horrendous

A Tribe Called Quest - The Low End Theory
100

I've listened to the Low End Theory for years on end now, but it finally hit me now how perfect it is. Quite possibly my favorite hip hop album ever

Vampire Weekend - Holiday
100

This song and Ottoman are absolute bangers

Echo & the Bunnymen - The Killing Moon
100

It should be illegal that this song isn’t on the all time list for singles on this website. I am writing this review just 10 minutes before I’m about to see Echo and the Bunnymen perform live

Talk Talk - It's My Life
100

Absolutely magical and spritual for an 80s pop song

Cornershop - Brimful of Asha (Norman Cook Remix)
NR

Out of all songs that came out in the late 90s for some reason Fatboy Slim remixed this. Maybe the best remix ever, it's almost a guilty pleasure for me

Talk Talk - Laughing Stock
99

Tranquility from front to back. Before I started my AOTY account I always just knew Talk Talk for their 80s new wave, synthpop stuff with songs like "It's My Life" and "Talk Talk", but after seeing how high Laughing Stock was rated on the website I decided to finally give it a try. It's musically immaculate and breathtaking and EXTREMELY contrary to their work in the early 80s. Probably the best Post-Rock album ever

Julie London - Julie Is Her Name
79

A beautiful sounding album. Production like this for 1955 is absolutely incredible. Every song is gorgeous and feels so upfront, it's a good album to play in the background for chill vibes

Coldplay - Music of the Spheres
NR

Not even bothering but who tf names songs after emojis

Talk Talk - New Grass
100

Mystifyingly gorgeous

Kendrick Lamar - Not Like Us
95

Kendrick’s victory lap. A loaded spit in the face against Drake

she - Abyss
63

A pretty decent electronic album that works well as background music. It sounds great and almost feels slightly nostalgic for some reason

Kendrick Lamar - meet the grahams
100

This is a day in musical history

Drake - Family Matters
88

"It's only Big D and there's video proof" is fucking wild

Massive Attack - Teardrop
100

I've literally heard this song a kazillion times and I never knew it was Massive Attack. This might be the best trip-hop song of all time. The atmosphere is gripping, almost desolate and muddy. The song feels like it's being recorded under a dirt cave in the middle of the night

Beirut - Elephant Gun
100

This has been stuck in my head all day. It's beautiful

Barenaked Ladies - One Week
95

A classic, late 90s hip-hop banger!

"Not only that I believe he recorded it all in one week. It was meant to be just a demo tape and was never initially planned to be released as an album until about a year later when he formed the band"
