I just don’t think this was for me tbh, and that’s ok. I can appreciate that it’s really well made with some really cool ideas, but at the end of the day it just didn’t gel with me. I think the vocals on some songs just didn’t really click.
This is straight heat. One of the best album experiences I’ve had in ages. That final track and the way it just played out over “Years, Years / Tears, Tears”… wow wow wow wow wow. I’m in awe.
Yeah ok this shit rips. I melted away into this really damn quickly, it's absolutely breathtaking.
Really late to this but DAMN. I loved this quite a lot. I thought the vocals and delivery were honestly really good and have made me want to explore Little Simz a lot more.
