Great song selection for a cover album but the covers themselves are unfortunately a tiny bit awful.
Don't let Peter Steeles apparently stunning beauty distract you from how funny this album is. New agenda. 🙏

This is borderline not even music but it just happens to be some pretty engaging borderline-not-even-music.
Overlooked and underappreciated I think! Overall a very odd, atmospheric and experimental album for Bowie but there are still so many simply-great tracks here too: Hello Spaceboy, I'm Deranged, Strangers When We Meet...
Belongs in a Bowie Top 10 and is his best late-career album [minus Blackstar ofc] imo. 🐐
THE Neo-Soul album of all time probably. Groovy, catchy, memorable, well-produced and many more adjectives I'm sure.
