BANGER BANGER BANGER, ONE OF HIS BEST I'M SO HAPPY IT'S FINALLY ACTUALLY OUT
it's one of the first pop-punk songs he ever made and it shows. a lot of my love for it comes from watching it evolve from the leaks to the official release. the fact that he replaced the verse about his mom now that they've reconciled and formed a healthy relationship is incredibly sweet.
i don't know how she's able to release such consistently great music. anyone in the pop punk space who doesn't give her a shot is missing out on some of the best that the modern scene has to offer.
from front to back, it's one of the defining sounds of the halloween season and for that it'll always hold a special place in my heart
it's catchy. like, really catchy. it's also tradwife-core and there are a lot of hoops to jump through in order to consider it meaningfully subservive in any sense. maybe my opinion of it would be different if it came out in the context of a better political and cultural landscape, but as it stands it just feels incredibly tone-deaf and sydney sweeney coded.

shockingly good album from a band that hasn't had anything above mediocre in years. matt and adam work perfectly together, this could unironically be the start of a second golden age for TDG

hit-or-miss album with mostly misses. The Abyss is a great song but aside from that everything's pretty mid.
i'm really tired of christian rock music that exists solely to express the unbridled rage over how unfair!!! and mean!!! it was for the government to ask people to wear masks five years ago
first single for the album so far that i've actually really liked. feels like the old TDG in the best possible way
