This is my favorite album from AJR. It has some really good songs and pretty experimental songs. (Even if some of the songs are just talking about growing up for the 100th time.)
A really solid listen. Sure not every song is amazing, but still a good listen.
This is just a fun song about exposing loser as an absolute fraud. I like how it goes from complementing loser to abosolutly humbling him.
This is an amazing album. This is the duo’s most religious work & it’s amazing.
This was a disappointment. Let’s start off with the positive. The last three songs were bangers (No we do not count My Lighthouse live or Joy remix in my house). They’re slower, but really amazing. Especially Strength of my Heart, which sounds like it came off of Saint Motel’s “Symphony in The Sky/Afterglow” era. But the rest is either mid worship or make me want to scratch my ears out. Overall, a really good end, but a mediocre journey.
