This album might be imperfect in many ways but it sure gets me really excited and emotional to the point of crying a little.
Amazing album. I think some parts of this are better than Moanin' but the last song is a little bit out of place. But still, a very enjoyable album to listen to.
If you like Have A Nice Life you definitely should give this a listen. It's heavy, haunting, and raw. Good stuff!

The Black Saint and the Sinner Lady is probably the most unique and emotional jazz albums I've ever heard. It's one of those albums that tells a complete story without any words (Except for when Mingus yelled out "GOD DAMNIT" which makes this album so much better).
