it's good, but it's a big step towards 'generic pop' compared to prior albums. and, less variety. the middle tracks on the album are strongest
musically it's all there; cool effects. but the singing just isn't effective and is getting in the way of an otherwise GREAT album
some sick tracks here! everything is quality. i'd rate higher if the album was more focused, 20 tracks is too generous mr. sk8
that said, this is a great showcase of sound variety. and because he cast such a wide net here, most listeners will find a handful of tracks that agree with them.
i'd describe it as a very nice mellowed-down version of model/actriz with some tasteful radiohead influence, surrounded by a haze of the cure's 'disintegration'. all good things, but still with its own uniqueness
cool album
first 5 tracks are great but then the album falls off hard
Instrument tone is good and singer is great. First couple tracks are nice, but then the album kinda turns into boomer/corny metal riffs with strange disco beats.
They're approaching something good, though.
has some effects that remind me of bjork's 'vespertine' but it's musically less interesting and the singer is nowhere near as good
dungeon synth mixed with somewhat-corny-folk-black-metal done well, happy to listen to any time
I keep coming back to this album. There's nothing particularly groundbreaking but it's just really good at what it's trying to be. Also Azimuth slaps
this is fucking lit 🔥🔥🔥🔥
real old school sound, touch of dissection, cheesy as hell but in a COOL way
and, i shouldn't need to say this, but THAT ALBUM ART SLAPS
NICE
