Navy Blue keeps the momentum from TS&TS, delivering us a consistently beautiful, introspective album. To me this cements him as one of the modern greats.

Don Toliver's music continues to be repetitive, uninspiring and bland to me, I will never get the hype.
In terms of individual song quality, this album has it's fair share. However as a sum of its parts it lacks the entrancing soundscape and captivating energy I expected.
Beautiful vocals and definitely some highlights, but nothing which overly blew me away.
I really wanted this to be great, but left underwhelmed. I don't even think any of the tracks they gave us hold a candle to numerology.
