This song really just puts me in a weird headspace every time in a good way though. It’s kinda dreamy, a little haunting, but still super chill and nice to listen to. I always end up feeling a bit lost when it’s on, but I don’t mind it. Such a relaxing and beautiful time
Wow this really sets the bar. What a beautiful album, the feeling I’m left with after hearing it is honestly just pure comfort. Everything about it feels so warm and calming, like it completely pulls you into its atmosphere and lets you slow down for a while. It sounds so smooth and peaceful from start to finish.
Her voice is probably my favorite part of it all. It’s soft and comforting in a way that feels effortless, and paired with the gentle production and perfectly balanced ... read more
This definitely passes the vibe check for me. I was hooked immediately from the first song. I love how easy it is to just get into it without even trying. I’m really into the energy here, it just feels fun, addictive, and super easy to come back to, just so good and enjoyable. I just really like how it sounds overall, it’s got that kind of feel that instantly puts me in a good mood.
Nothing feels overdone or complicated, it just sounds good and stays consistent in a way that makes ... read more
Going into this, I thought it might end up being my least favorite, but it actually surprised me. The title track is decent, cute, upbeat, easy to listen to. but kinda like “Magnetic,” it sounds nice without really doing much beyond that.
The rest of the album is where it really clicked for me though. It’s just a super easy, vibey listen all the way through, nothing feels like a skip. They play around with their sound a bit more here, especially leaning into that softer, ... read more
It’s like… okay. Nothing super special, but I do appreciate that they’re trying a different sound, it just comes off more like a transitional single than a fully realized era.
“NOT CUTE ANYMORE” feels kinda held back by how short it is, like it ends before it really gets going, and “NOT ME” might need a bit more time to grow on me. Right now it’s just fine, but I do like the lyricism, especially the way they play with the mispronunciation of ... read more
This one kinda snuck up on me. Didn’t think much of it at first, but it’s been growing on me a lot. Everything sounds really clean, the vocals are nice, and it’s just a fun, easy listen. Yeah, I still hear a bit of NewJeans in there sometimes, but they’ve got their own thing going on too.
The EP is honestly is alright, and I do like the overall vibe a lot. It still has that soft, emotional feel that works well for her, but I can’t help feeling like some of the slower tracks drag a bit and don’t fully hold my attention.
It sounds so cold and fragile in a really beautiful way, like some tiny little forest creature whispering all her problems and dreams to me through broken headphones in the middle of the night. The production is super raw and messy too, like everything’s barely being held together with tape and rusted cans, but that’s exactly why I think it works so well. I honestly don’t think this album would hit me the same way if it sounded cleaner or more polished. The roughness gives it ... read more
Cool soft indie rock album, It’s got a nice mix of messy emotional moments and softer laid-back songs, especially as it goes on. I also like how the album kind of settles down as it goes on, the back half feels softer and more comforting, which made it really easy for me to just leave playing in the background. Her voice honestly carries a lot of the album too.
This is just a really nice mixtape with short but super catchy songs. Honestly, for me this is probably her best project so far. The only real downside is how short it is, there are moments where it feels like she’s just getting into a great idea and then it’s already over, which is a bit frustrating, especially since it’s her shortest release.
Overall, I’d land it somewhere a little over the middle, really enjoyable and full of strong ideas, but a bit too brief and ... read more
This ended up being a decent listen for me, even if it didn’t fully land the way I expected.
The production is definitely the strongest part. It’s clean, polished, and has that fast-moving drum and bass energy that gives the album a nice flow and atmosphere. There are some really good textures and ideas in there, but after a while it starts to feel a bit repetitive, like it stays in the same lane more than I’d like.
Her vocals are okay overall, smooth and fitting for the ... read more
This could’ve easily been one of her best songs, but it’s over almost as soon as it starts to take shape. The concept is really strong, it just doesn’t stick around long enough to fully land.
I went into this project not really knowing what to think, and honestly at first I wasn’t fully sold on the sound :) This is still a really cool and bouncy mixtape for relaxing and chilling in your free time, but these kinds of beats usually aren’t something I listen to a lot myself. The intro definitely stood out the most to me and probably connected with me better than the rest of the songs. I also feel like if there were a few more tracks, maybe one of them would’ve clicked ... read more
I honestly had a really good time with this album. There’s a lot of personality in it, and a bunch of tracks are just fun, catchy, and easy to come back to. I liked how smoothly everything flows. I also find myself really appreciating the overall voice of the album, not just literally but in how it presents itself. There’s a softness and honesty to it that stands out to me.
The vibe is probably my favorite part. It feels really atmospheric and consistent from start to finish, and ... read more
I like how simple and emotional this album feels. The atmosphere is probably my favorite part, it kept me focused the whole time and even made me feel inspired. The instrumentals have a really soft, layered sound that builds the atmosphere really well, I could honestly sit with these sounds for hours. The vocals are alright, they really fit the mood here and add to the overall feel in a way that works well. I can definitely see the appeal and why people connect with them so much. Overall, it ... read more
There’s a softness in the way it’s built, jazz rap done with patience instead of flash. The production doesn’t shout, it breathes. From my side, it just pulls me in immediately without trying too hard, and it makes me float in a way that’s hard to explain, like I’m not really thinking about it anymore, just moving with it as it plays. Very underrated
I think this is a really cool EP, it’s very catchy and enjoyable, catching my interest from the start. It’s easy to get pulled into the vibe, which feels fun and a bit chaotic in a good way, and just really easy for me to get into. It has a nice flow that makes it easy to stay engaged, and I like how it just naturally keeps my attention. The energy comes through strongly, and that’s what makes it so great for me
It’s like you can hear his heart in every track. The mix of jazz, soulful samples, and hip-hop just flows so naturally that it instantly puts me at ease. I really love how it lets me slow down, zone out, and just relax, letting my thoughts drift without any pressure like everything feels a bit lighter. It’s the kind of album where someone might not even realize how much it’s affecting them at first, but then they notice they’re calmer, more reflective, maybe even a ... read more
It’s around the same level as her last album, maybe more consistent, but it lacks the personality and standout moments, so it ends up feeling a bit generic. There are definitely some strong, catchy highlights that I’ve come back to, but the deeper cuts are way more forgettable and tend to blend together. The production is decent overall, leaning into a lighter trap sound with some R&B moments, but it really only shines when the hooks hit and that’s not always the case.
