The way he raps on vapourwave style instrumentals is so cool, something about this album is very otherworldly. It's looking at a past that only exists in Peggy's mind. His work as Devon Hendryx might not be the best music but is aesthetically consistent in a scary way.
A step up from half blood, but without the hits like holding and sloppy joe. More consistent with artistic ideas better explored.
Better than Blonde, but still drops in quality here in there. The highs are very high though.
Somehow worse than the EP that preceded it. Fakemink is becoming one of those ego artists in the sense where he's too enveloped with the effort to seem artsy and abstract to the detriment of his music. The tweet that came before this album was just sad and basically killed all hype I had for this album.
The singing at first was not bad but started to get worse as the tracklist went on, although it wasn't bad on Me and Sam by the Seesaw. Many of the chord choices were interesting but didn't work at times, especially in the latter half of the EP.
I was told I was going to hear Dilla beats and was disappointed with what I got instead.
I really want to enjoy kuru more than I do, I hear the potential but fail to see anything special
It could be much better if North didn't use these horrid samples. Tracks like D!e show her ability to make hard hitting beats, but she also dabbles in like high power hardstyle kicks and a bit of electric guitar which is all impressive considering she's 12. I'd love to see what she makes at 17.
I'm happy this came out but sad to see che leave his RIB era. I really can't get enough of it and i kinda hate the low voice stuff
this guy needs to follow up to his first album instead of doing ts
I think I was quick to write off twenty one pilots as musicians after hearing songs like ride and stressed out. This is way better than whatever the hell they were doing on that album. This isn't pushing boundaries, but it's not samey and a carbon copy or degradation of other music like blurryface.
While I am happy to see rage albums get some high ratings on the site, why is this the one? To some degree it feels like this album is only getting high ratings because of the fact that it has a high rating.
also the transitions are some of the best I've heard ever

Yeah I don't like this album nearly as much as I wish I did. By the Time I Get to Phoenix is one of the greatest albums of all time. I wasn't expecting something as good as it, but this is just really sad. When I first heard the singles my hopes were pretty low; I wasn't the biggest fan of zig zag or in my town but I really like double trio 2. I thought that hearing them in context of the album would make them better, but it really doesn't. The folk direction ... read more
