heres proof that thrash can be more brutal than SOME death metal. excellent bass playing here. i love the album cover
after REALLY loving all hallows ep, ive decided to get into afi’s other stuff. ive found that i dont really like anything from afi after around the early 2000s, but this is definitely good. i still prefer all hallows ep though
obviously legendary shit but its a bit boring as far as jazz goes in my opinion. the best part about sun ra is his futuristic image imo
the reason i like these albums so much is because they give the spotlight to even more instruments than the originals do
i havent seen this announced anywhere! the ol’ grizz is pretty great but honestly sounds a bit annoying
cant wait to hear this live🥹
i know this is absolutely shocking to hear but i love halloween. who couldve guessed
But the cat came back the very next day
The cat came back, they thought he was a goner
But the cat came back, it just couldn't stay away
this has nothing on the REAL dayman, fighter of the nightman
my dad had been trying to get me to listen to this for a while. im so glad i did. listen to the drumming at the beginning of “vital transformation.” some of the most technical shit ive ever heard
nice and funky album but its too long and ends up being annoying after a while
i dont understand why the ratings on this ep are kinda poor, this is pretty good, especially the track all souls rising. farewell, sepultura. i was never a die hard fan or anything but ive always respected the hell out of their pre-chaos a.d. stuff
i think this is the first time ive ever deleted a former review to rereview an album. this is the only dissodeath album i like, holy shit this band is good. the drumming and bass playing really sell goldstar for me
as over the top as monolith of inhumanity is, its weirdly environmentalist and leftist at points. i enjoyed it for sure, albeit its very overproduced. lifestalker was by far my favorite song
i love thundercat but this ep was weak. them changes was definitely the best song
