First true stoner metal album I've listened to. I really enjoyed this album somehow, don't ask me why. It's heavy, it has distorted vocals, it's slow, and you might think those are bad things. Nope, it still somehow remains pretty enjoyable! I'm looking forward to listening to other albums from Electric Wizard's discography in the future
While being pretty unknown, this album features some great quality in the first half, but that gets thrown out the window in the second half. This album mixes rap with breakcore(?) though, which is something i haven't heard before.
i listened to the best and worst album from 1965. the worst album (this one) is unironically better than the "best" album 😭😭😭
Probably one of the worse jazz albums i've listened to. This album is split in 4 parts: Acknowledgement, Resolution, Pursuance, and Psalm. Just from presentability you'd think it's good right? Wrong. The only lyrics are in the first song where he repeats "A Love Supreme" a couple times. All of the songs here have off-sync instrumentals and are pretty boring. Not a painful listen, but not a great listen either.
This is probably going to get hated so much omg
