Not that the quality of this album would changed anything, since Billy Idol is a punk legend and always will be, but it's very reassuring that his newer music is still as energetic as it is.
That being said, I still do not forgive him for that Cyberpunk album.

I can't really explain it, but her voice is so ethereal and eerie that it just draws you in. I loved it. Honestly might be an album of the year contender for me.

I thought these guys were just run of the mill soft rock guys. I was not expecting an 18-minute song from them. Well, shows what I know.

Okay, I can see this guy's appeal. He's a like a modern day Steven Tyler. So him playing with Aerosmith at the VMAs makes more sense.

Okay, so it turns out the these guys can rock pretty hard when they really want to. And thank you for helping me figure out the difference between Denile and Denali.

I really enjoyed it, but I especially liked the last two tracks. They were comparatively shorter than the 10+ minutes tracks at the front half, and they felt more cohesive and focused.

Full disclosure, I did not finish this album. This is like the third time that Kid Cudi has tried to make a rock album, and just like the last two times, it just isn't working. Not sure why he feels the need to keep trying this. I like him, I just don't think he's the right fit for this.

Yep, that was a Sabaton album, alright. It sounds like marching to war, just like the last one. And the one before that. And the one before that. And the one before that. And the one before that... ad nauseum.

There's clearly a lot going on here that require a mind capable of sorting through obtuse and abstract concepts, which I am not. So I'll say that the jazz incorporation is a cool touch.

It's okay, I guess. the songs that Elton John show up on carried it. And I know it's comedy band, and I probably shouldn't take it too seriously, but that one guy with the super gravelly voice singing about kissing a girl felt gross to me.
