To be honest,as a die-hard fan of muse,it's so painful to watch them became like this.The lyrics are just like a third-grader decide to write something after listening to rage against the machine's record,and the songs itself are just like they fed thier previous hits to AI,and AI just happened having a diarrhea.
Whole album is an utterly mess,and what's worse is they seems pretty satisfied with this one.Can't imagine what their next album will be,I'm losing hopes anyway.
If this is an album released by imagine dragons,I‘d give this a 80,but unfortunately,it's muse

"@KWIRA Well,it is pretty bold.....but representing in the worst way possible:there's basically no logic in the second half's plot,and all I can tell it's the creator can't handle where the story going to be like,so they just abruptly let the character growing up with very little explaining of why and how ,and finally rushing to a good end.All the serious setting in the beginning eventually being explained in a way that so bad that even kinda funny(such as the darkness of Sakiko's family and like you said,the tragedy surrounding Uika/Hatsune),or didn't call back at all.
It do have ambition,but without a proper way to narrtate it,it's just gonna end up to be a bad one."
