An excellently produced album, a great job by the band. It definitely needs more listens to be fully appreciated. The spoken word might make it a little heavy going, but the lyrics are ironic and always interesting. The musical arrangements are excellent.

è l'ultimo disco dei CSI ed è anche quello che (loro malgrado) ha avuto più successo. Sicuramente trainato dal singolone "Forma e Sostanza", l'opera è originata dal viaggio in Mongolia fatto da Ferretti e Zamboni. Disco non facile, il più rock della loro produzione, contiene però delle perle che lo rendono sicuramente da ascoltare almeno una volta. Di fondamentale importanza i testi di Ferretti.

Bel lavoro di Andrea Laszlo de Simone, il disco è piacevole da ascoltare seppur sia un lavoro lungo che si sviluppa su 17 tracce per oltre 1 ora di musica. Potrebbe alla lunga risultare leggermente ripetitivo, stile vocale particolare, sempre filtrato come su tutti i suoi lavori fino ad oggi, può piacere come no c'è il rischio diventi un po' stucchevole alla lunga.

Opera mastodontica del cantautore Italiano. Disco denso di suoni, un'esperienza di ascolto totale. Ci sono l'energia, la forza e il mistero dei riti popolari e le storie cantate ed interpretate alla maniera unica di Vinicio. Uno dei suoi migliori lavori in assoluto.

De André, insieme a Mauro Pagani, pubblica uno degli album più belli di tutta la musica Italiana e sicuramente il più bello degli anni 80. Scelta meravigliosa quella di cantare in dialetto genovese, un brillante esempio di world music accompagnata dalla stupenda voce di Fabrizio.
