If you had told me back in 2011 when I first saw the Yonkers music video that that same artist made this album, I would’ve told you that you were crazy. I might've said Flower Boy was his most mature album to date but in terms of Tyler as a completely full packaged artist, this is his magnum opus. I’ve never heard so many melodies and chord progressions in a single album it’s insane! He was really able to take the aggressiveness/abrasiveness from Cherry Bomb and the beautiful production from Flower Boy, and mold it into a perfect and relatable album (dealing with the different stages of a relationship). Phenomenal album!
