What a wonderful first impression of Young Roddy.
His flow and cadence speaks for itself but his style of beats is very beautiful.
To boom bap and Trap the collabs were a very good touch to this album.
Overall very good album.
It's album to me was a masterpiece when I grew up.
Till this day I still bumped it I don't care what anyone says.
To me this is arguably one of the best alternative rock albums in the mid-2000s.
The songwriting, the instrumentation, etc....
If I had to pick the worst album on there discography it will be this but honestly this one grew on me a little.
Obviously the pop style on this album is very noticeable and knowing this band they tend to be a sellout.
But nevertheless this is why I love this band because throughout each of their albums they changed something up that they kept some of the same formulas since their debut album.
We all do have to admit they are music geniuses and obviously when we all heard it for the first ... read more
This album packs a punch.
The beat selection and the production on this album were good.
Loved the collabs tho with Demrick and Dizzy Wright.
A very good old school sound with a bunch of boom bad beats.
Overall good album
I do get the positive feedback from this album.
But obviously I was underwhelmed from this.
33 minutes and I felt like it was faster than that.
Collaborations were okay I didn't really enjoyed that much
Production not bad but overall this album is average at best.
I get it it's personal opinions but if you think this album is one of their worst then you really need to stop listening to them.
This is when they run back the Rock and metal sounds..
It was very headbanging and I had this album on repeat when it came out tell over time of course I grew out of it.
But this was when Mike shinoda's rap was becoming more efficient into the band.
And ask for the instrumentation they used a lot more guitar than any other album.
Shit there's even a few solos ... read more
I remember when this came out when I was 12 years old.
For me at that time minutes to midnight was probably my most favorite album from them.
Now when the sound got released I was immediately hooked on it.
The singles itself is so amazing and like I said they're electronic sound has gotten even more better when this album came out.
Best songs on the album are Lost in the echo, skin to bone, powerless, and even the short little song victimized.
Chester's vocals of course is very beautiful ... read more
For being a Linkin Park album... It's probably one of my least favorites but for the album itself it's still good.
Right after minutes to midnight they decided to put more into electronic and more of the art rock type of sound from this album.
Ask for the electronic standpoint you have songs like the catalyst, robot boy, blackout, when they come for me ect...
Overall I think this album is not bad but it's definitely one of their weaker albums.
He gave me a southern rock vibe.
But really I wasn't a fan of this album nor I didn't mind wasting 40 minutes of listening to this lol.
I've known this band since I was 13 and obviously when I gotten older I said it's not like them as much.
Well my thoughts are still the same.
The thing about EDM for me is that if you got a beat that is pretty catchy going I'm going to bump to it for sure.
But to be honest after listening to this Diplo album a lot of doll and boring elements were on here...
Maybe if I listen to diplo's 2000s work it would definitely be a different story but as for right now reviewing this by what people told me it wasn't a horrible album it really wasn't it's not the worst album I listened to this year but it's just one of those albums that I feel ... read more
It's not bad album to be honest.
There delivery was fire and the beat selection on this was very spot on.
Benny The butcher is always that type of rapper that knows how to devour those beats.
His word play and delivery really makes them unique in his own way.
I really think this album was a good one with the beat selection and the collaborations as well.
Production was lazy and kinda bland.
Beat selection was not bad.
The rapping tho I felt like NBA YoungBoy was extremely annoying on this album.
HIT HIT HIT HIT..
