A really cool album. The second album that got me into King Gizzard. A really cool concept with catchy songs that gets stuck in your head. I think, as a whole, this album is a 100 for sure. Nonagon Infinity Opens the Door!
I love industrial metal a lot and this is one of my favorites. It's cheesy and over the top, but damn, is it fun! its got weird songs and weird album art and it all ties together in a very memorable album. Zombies best work outside of white zombie.
Favorite Song: Demonoid Phenomenon
My personal favorite Grebo album. Its a really fun album with great production and great vocals and instrumentation.
Favorite song: Every time a church bell rings
Reminds me of my childhood a lot. I have a very fond place for this album. It helps that it still holds up pretty well.
Favorite song: Three men went a hunting
It's a really fun album. I love the vocals. I'm a massive sucker for concept albums. And Spawn is a cool choice.
Favorite song: I died for you
Edit: After listening a couple more times I think the rating is a 95 instead of 84
A really fun LP. There is a lot of 80's synth and disco-like music with some of the most dump lyrics ever. Got a few good laughs out of me. The best songs are Danger! High Voltage and Electric Demons in Love.
The jazz and folk music is interesting. While there are a few good songs, this album is quite boring overall. I really like some of his earlier work, but this one did not land for me. Singers and the Endless Song was good, as well as Lovers' Revolution
Wow, can't believe I've never listened to this. As a whole project, it's amazing. I really enjoyed it. My favorite songs were Starman, Ziggy Stardust, Five Years, and Rock 'n' Suicide
Really fun alt-metal record. Excellent guitar and fun vocals. While not being perfect, it's pretty damn close. It's a great album to jam out to. I like how cleanly the songs go into another
A perfect album that oozes melancholy and features a powerful vocal performance from Morrissey with fantastic backing from instrumentals. The music weaves in and out of a slow, sad sound to a more upbeat, jangle-pop sound. I can't recommend this album enough. The best songs are The Queen is Dead, There Is a Light That Never Goes Out, and Bigmouth Strikes Again. There is a Light is such a fantastic song
I think this album is the peak of the Chili Peppers. It has the best mix of slow songs and their more funk sound. I love every song on the album. The best songs are Dani California, Snow, Slow Cheetah, and Hump de Bump. While this is quite a long project I would highly recommend giving it a listen.
One of my favorite heavy/power metal records. I found this very early on in my metal journey. I was playing Brütal Legend and heard Destroy the Orcs. I love this album. The best songs are Premonition of Pain and Axes of Evil
I'm not a massive fan of black metal. But I freaking love this album. This album blends excellent production with outstanding instrumentals. The dungeon synth bits add a lot to the feel of the album. I have a soft spot for concept albums, and this album does a fantastic job of laying out the story while not taking center stage from the music. Also, I really like the album artwork
Give me fuel give me fire give me a better Metallica album. Not super bad. Not anywhere as bad as the hate it got early. But it’s a pretty boring release from a band with such great earlier work. Hetfield really put out a great performance but besides that it feels pretty generic. Also that album cover is atrocious. King nothing and Ain’t my B*tch are standouts
A really solid addition to Judas Priest's late career. I really liked As God is My Witness and Sons of Thunder. Overall, it's a really solid Heavy Metal album that's on par with their older discography. You don't see many old metal bands putting out the quality of this record. Rob Halford has still got it.
Edit: Man, after listening to it more, I'm bumping my rating from an 87 to a 93. This is a really freaking good album
One of the best post-grunge albums. Throwing copper holds my attention for the entire runtime, and as a whole, I think it's a 100.
All of the songs can be listened to by themselves and they work together really well. My favorites are I Alone and All Over You.
A really unique folk album with a lot of emotion. I really, really like this album. Rule #4 Paperwork is probably my least favorite. It's still a great song, but it's not perfect. The best song is either Rule #1 Magic or Rule #4 Fish in a Bird Cage
