After Relistening to Illinois and giving it a chance. It’s really really good. The textures and arrangements on this album are so beautiful and grand and also somehow satisfying . The wall of vocal harmonies on these songs make me wanna levitate. This album lowkey changed my life. Nah I’m exaggerating but this album is like the best trap album and just one of my favorite rap albums ever. Future flows on every song and there’s always something hidden in the lyrics that most people seem to just skim over. On songs like “I Serve the Base” Pluto speaks about how he has turned into a monster after the industry tried to commercialize his music. Album actually not that bad I like it a lot. Ken has upgraded his bars and rapping ability, however his performances at some times are not up to par or you can barely hear him on some songs. Overall the production is more intense than on AGC but some songs tend to go on a little long or lack some substance. Still got some bangers tho. Ken is definitely taking some inspiration from Osamason with songs like Liveleak. Overall album is good just a little too long for its own good I hope to see Ken ... read more
