Wolves Among Sleep - Lions. Tigers. Bears

WaS 'was' on my radar for a long time before I listened to their only EP, "Lions. Tigers. Bears."

It's at best alright; it has strong songs, such as "Oh My, What Big Teeth You Have!" and "Disasterology", the latter of which being my favorite. It's, as you saw from those two examples of the best songs, is no stranger to the most stupid song titles imaginable.

This EP contains everything I like about both Grindcore and Deathcore.
The Lo-Fi production of the drums and the vocals adds to it even more.. i've seen the production quality be a common critique of this EP but I think it really adds onto it.

You can definitely see a glimpse into what Atka would become on their debut album, and the recording quality may not be great but this overall is a cool Grindcore release with some glimpses into later Atka.
