It's definitely a great album, just not as great as said to be. The record is full of great bars, very epic sounding compositions, and great performances overall but... there are also a lot of lame bars, REALLY repetitive cuts, and moments on this LP that just leave me unimpressed.
Full of grooves, fucking BEAUTIFUL lyrics, and golden cuts all through out. Great Record.
Its very much just fine. There's not really any outstanding cuts on this, besides that Freddie Gibbs track. Fun listen tho.
Some very insane sounds and vocal performances. Bars are fucking lame most of the time.
The title says it all. Mastered the environment and the vibe so well. Great listen.
Crazy ear for samples and details, alongside some weird chaotic mixing and furious bars. Insane. Has some of the best rap songs of the decade.
What a wild experience, to a point that sometimes the mixing is so wild that it gets overwhelming to listen to.
It sounds so fcking good. The jazzy compositions all through out the record can be really pleasant, but the repetitiveness and lack of progress on the majority of the tracks truly is a turn off.
Generic rage trap, and half of this album is a downgrade clone of songs like Yachty's single Tesla...
The idea of a "puzzle" as for why the record is so fragmented doesn't really stick with me, but it has some fun cuts here and there.
Sufjan really did something special because the record sounds magical all the way through. The blend of folk elements with those noise-filled-drums, plus all the harmonies and diverse instrumentation are fcking ear candy.
Everyone's perfomance in this project was great. The blend of shoegaze with trip hop goes hard, and it's ear candy.
