𝗬𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗛𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗣
𝗜 𝗗𝗶𝗱 is easily one of my most anticipated projects of the year. Although her first EP brought the two SOTY contenders 𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗣 and 𝗗𝗜𝗢𝗥𝗔𝗠𝗔, the subsequent tracks were unremarkable, deviating from the strong sonic direction established in the first half. Would she embark on the palatable indie pop path, or opt for a more interesting ... read more
𝗖𝗛𝗨𝗡𝗚 𝗛𝗔'𝘀 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗳𝗮𝗹𝗹
Spotting this album on my 𝗨𝗽𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 column, I was filled with anticipation. It had been two years since her last proper project, and the singles meant to fill the void were rather unremarkable. After watching the mood sampler, I believed this would be a career-defining moment, returning her to stardom.
Unfortunately, my expectations have completely vanished. She seems to have fallen from the glory ... read more

𝗡𝗠𝗜𝗫𝗫 returns with the second edition of the Fe3O4 series: 𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗞 𝗢𝗨𝗧. Initially, I was excited for this album due to the fact that their music kept improving. After their forgettable first EP, they returned with the impressive single album 𝗔 𝗠𝗶𝗱𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 ... read more
𝗦𝘄𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗗𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀, 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱
I was eagerly anticipating this release, thinking it would have an ethereal soundscape and compliment the other tracks on the original 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝗺𝗶𝗰 EP. Were my expectations met? Definitely not.
𝗦𝘄𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗗𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 is easily one of 𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗩𝗲𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘁'𝘀 worst songs. My main complaint is regarding the production. It feels disappointingly ... read more
𝗔 𝗕𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀
𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗹𝘆 has arguably released their most unremarkable project yet, and here's why. Until this point, each of their comebacks contained at least one standout track. 𝗧𝗮𝗴 𝗠𝗲, their debut title track, allowed them to distinguish themselves from the rest of the K-pop industry with a bubbly, danceable sound. From that point on, they continued to impress me with phenomenal tracks, especially 𝗔+, ... read more
𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗬𝗖’𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
When the tracklist was revealed, I immediately began to worry about how this album would sound. Would we get an incohesive album riddled with horrible interpretations of hip-hop? Fortunately, 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗬𝗖 presents metamorphic strides musically, exploring familiar genres while incorporating current trends. 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛 𝗺𝗲 ... read more
