A monumental work of artistry and originality. There will never be anything like this album again.
The most masterful performance of guitar composition, with a perfect string section accompanying it. Nick Drake has possibly the best discography of any artist—a masterpiece of English folk.
How such a fantastic album flies over so many heads, I don't understand. This is truly an excellent album, and James' lyrics are among the most honest, human words I've heard sung. His voice is careful and steady, conveying each song as if it were a parable of his experiences as a working American artist in the early twenty-first century.

I really don’t get this album or what it’s trying to be. Kind of interesting sometimes with its sounds but overall a huge mess of confusing, conflicting volumes and synth noises.
Some great tracks, some forgettable tracks. Overall, a great vision and sound for a project.
