This is basically just a review of Kid A.
I've listened to Kid A many, many times but this time I was really struck by how relevant it is to our world today.
In the art book Dead Children Playing Thom Yorke's alter ego character Dr. Tchock discusses, with horror, the imagery from the Kosovo War. What strikes our character is how he recognizes the brands of the victims clothes. These are dead people wearing Nike shoes, Adidas pants, Tommy Hilfiger shirts.
