This was my first Fall Out Boy album and the one that made me a huge fan! I LOVE the title track so much. Miss Missing You is another one that I just love to death. I love the Foxes feature on Just One Yesterday, her voice works really well with Patrick's! The rest of the songs are all good! I don't skip anything on this album, although I don't LOVE Death Valley, The Mighty Fall, or Rat a Tate; I still like them!
I love this album so much. the slower songs are AMAZING, I don't love the more fast-paced songs as much weirdly enough. I usually LOVE the upbeat stuff but with Tate her slower songs just hit way better.
I LOVE this album at its highs, but it has some really low lows. Maroon, You're On Your Own, Kid, Snow On the Beach, The Great War, Would've Could've Should've, Hits Different, You're Losing Me and High Infidelity are INCREDIBLE songs! I don't love a few of the songs though. For example, Question...?, Labyrinth, Sweet Nothing, Glitch, and Dear Reader aren't my favorites ever. Such an amazing album, seriously. I love just about every single song to death. teenage dream is the only track I don't really love, it seems very forgettable for me. That's the only reason I cannot bring myself to give GUTS a 100, if the album ended with pretty isn't pretty, it would be perfection.
RELISTEN: 94 -> 96; making the bed, logical, and lacy became favorites. teenage dream has grown on me more!
