Funnily enough, I listened to The Crusade just before this. Not gonna talk about it, see my review if you wanna know my thoughts on it, but to say the least, I needed to cleanse my ears. So I thought since I've listened to their first 4 albums, might as well listen to their 5th album, which is of course, In Waves. Now the albums I listened before this one, I had heard something about, both negative and positive (except Ember to Inferno). I had heard from some people that The Crusade was ... read more

Alright. Let me preface my review by saying I love Trivium. They're one of my favorite bands ever since I discovered them through Ember to Inferno. I listened to that album and really enjoyed it, no skips in my opinion. After that I listened to Ascendency, which is now one of my favorite songs, NOT A MISS ON THAT ALBUM. After that, their magnum-opus, Shogun. A fantastic album, and a top 10 album of all time for me. It has some of the best songs in metal to be honest. I had mixed feelings ... read more

Alrighty. Shoegaze is a genre that im not really familliar with nor really like. This album however has been called by MANY people, and also the other music reviewing website (whom I shall not name), one of the greatest albums of all time. People mostly praise it and glorify it because of its impact on music, and created the shoegaze genre. I don't give a lot of shit about impact, because if that was the case then I would be a huge Nevermind fan (which I am not). So whoever is seeing this ... read more

Primus was a band, who I liked, wasnt a die hard fan of them like some of my favorite bands. Although I did enjoy alot of their songs that I had listened to. My Name is Mud, DMV, John the Fisherman, all those are some classic fun tracks. BUT tracks like Tommy the Cat, and Jerry Was a Racecar Driver were my favorite songs. SO thats why I decided to listen to THIS album specifically, since Tommy the Cat is my favorite Primus song.

This was actually a pretty fun and wacky listen, my socks were ... read more

WHAT A BANGER! After Ozzy was kicked out of the band, Black Sabbath, the motherfucking creators of metal brought Ronnie MUTHAFUCKIN James Dio, one of the greatest, and one of my personal favorite metal vocalists of all time. With him they created this sensational album, Heaven and Hell. I personally think Ozzy isnt that good of a vocalist, his vocals with his work with Sabbath were good, but im not sure what happened to his vocals on his albums on his solo projects were ass, in my ... read more
