It’s like, a fantastic album, the music is incredible and the lyrics so earnest and pained and truthful.. it’s one of those things where it’s clearly great quality, but it’s not actually very pleasant or enjoyable and you finish it feeling worse than when you started

Took me 4 separate walks across Brighton to finish this because I'm such a fast walker. My favourite thing is probably choosing my route ahead of time on google maps, studying it closely and trying to remember exactly which turns to make when - which can be tricky as I just moved to a new part of town! What it means is that after a while I become really adept at knowing which routes are gonna get us from A to B the fastest without even having to look at the map. Holy shit, Sarah and I were like 'let's put this on as a joke', having never been emos and in the past going so far as to say we don't like the genre. This is amazing, had such a great time we both just sat there and enjoyed it.
