it took me a long time to finally give this album a full listen. i so so so so so very regret it.

for what it's worth, i think the album does what it wanted to do very well - it's suffocating, slow, stripped down to its bare minimum in order to make you focus on the gut wrenching lyrics. that being said, i did not enjoy it. hopefully i will never be in a place where i'll come back to it and understand it enough to give it a higher score. not planning on doing that, anyway.
