It's been almost 9 or 8 years since i first started listening to music on a deeper level. The first genre i ever started out with was lofi music and one of the artists i was listening to a lot was A L E X. I remember how wherever i went and whatever i did, i was always listening to lofi music and specifically this guy's songs really stood out to me. The samples, the pianos the distortion effects here and there and the percussion was always oddly standing out compared to any other ... read more
My first BMTH project and its fucking amazing. Main reason i wanted to give this a try is because of the one and only Mick Gordon and his production of course is immaculate as ever. And the main stars of this project shine a lot aswel with guests i never though i would enjoy, especially BABYMETAL (aside from Amy Lee, i expected peak performance from her).
Recently, I’ve started maining two completely different genres—techno and metal. A few days ago I listened to POST HUMAN: SURVIVAL HORROR by Bring Me the Horizon and fell in love with it, but I didn’t really feel the need to write a review (maybe I still will lol). For a while, I was debating whether I even wanted to give this "Disguise" a try because I thought I’d only like “Another Life.” In such a short time, that song became really special to ... read more
I don’t think he is changing music in any single way with this one. Maybe I can agree on that with 2093 a bit, but I appreciate the change of pace, even though I think that album is just not good at all. The first half goes into this sloppy and badly mixed sound from Lyfestyle, done worse. Not miles worse than the album as a whole, but just not better.
I can say that I enjoyed the second disc more, with the thought that he could’ve done something more interesting, but it turned out ... read more
Oh yeah, this dropped. First four tracks are fire, next three are kinda mid, and the last one is pretty solid.
Damn, it’s been two months since my last album review. Huh.
I've been interested in game a lot more recently lol.
Well, I think I’m gonna be a bit more absent from this site. I just wanted to review this album because Joji is very close to my heart.
Before the release of this album, our guy had basically been nonexistent on the internet and in the music world. Three years, and nothing really dropped. He was doing some interesting skits and very weird songs that didn’t ... read more
Well it's not bad but i don't think this song will do the album that much justice as the other singles did. It also feels like an unfinished version of "Gimmie Love".
I really didn't expect him to drop it. I also didn't expect this to be good. But it's good 👍
It’s fucking surprising how well these songs work when you’re just listening to them and not playing the game. This is on DOOM levels of replayability. Absolutely goated, and easily one of my favorite games.
21 releases a surprise slop album. He's just not in his bag anymore. How did you go from a album with which you prove to everyone that you're actually a good rapper and then following it up with some great projects and collaborations, landing amazing features left and right to an album that's forgettable, boring and repetitive asf. It's not like most of his music isn't repetitive but at least he was doing it right.
This one of 21's worst projects to date.
