If they weren't gonna go back to their more rock influenced sound from the first album, this would be the perfect place to stop. Misery and Give A Little More are objectively catchy songs that are hard for me to get tired of. The rest of it is decent but nothing wild, moves like jagger is a bit jarring towards the end and the slower tracks at the end aren't as much my cup of tea.
There's a noticeable transition between this and their debut album, towards the more pop sound that they'd eventually move on to, mixed with funk. Makes Me Wonder and If I Ever See Your Face Again are bangers, though some of the later tracks fall a little flat for me.
I've loved this since I heard it in my mom's car as a kid. It still rocks today, somehow.
we have ok computer at home
Not gonna lie, when i first heard this in 2021, I thought it was the best album ever. Then i grew brain cells and a lot of the tracks from this album got overplayed to hell on my playlist, so I figured coming back and listening to it again I wouldn't be a huge fan. Honestly I find myself liking a lot of it coming back, some stuff is a little corny but that's what makes it charming.
You think you know me
36 Minutes of straight noise in the best way possible. I find myself listening to some of the tracks on here on repeat, particularly kingdom hearts key. 100% lives up the hype.
