This album definitely grows on you. When I first listened to it when it came out, i didnt like it. But re listening to it now, its damn good. Its an album where I try to find everything wrong with it, but ultimetely find little. Paramore did great with the sound change and lyrically it improves on all they have done in the past. Its actually a very depressing album about heartbreak soaked and covered a colorful sound. The title "after laughter" really lives up to the sound
This is arguably the best Deftones album. Best of their metal sound, shoegaze sound and lyricism. Its a well paced listen with only some small issues and there, but nothing that will distract from this amazing listen.
The Cure's long awaited album did not dissapoint. Its beautiful and haunting in its sound and subjects. The instrumentation is unique here as it flourishes, blooms and decays in its message of life and death. My only issue is that the intros are very long, but it makes the delivery all the more better! Enjoyed every minute! :)
