If this is truly J Cole's last album, I think this is a perfectly fine send-off. I'm not the biggest Cole fan; his music, to me, peaked with Forest Hills Drive, but every time he pops up, I do take time to listen because he is for sure one of the best rappers we have. I am a bit disappointed off first listen. It's messy, and I can tell he's trying to be personal with this album and rollout. But this is another album where I feel like Keem has a 10 in him. As he can definitely make a 10 out of 10 album, but he still has one foot in Kendrick's shadow.
