It might not be the most sonically appealing album ever, but she is giving something that was lacking from the mainstream for a while: fun, tongue-in-cheek lyrics going against this conservative trend of pop culture lately.
Nu-disco is already overused in the 2020s, but it is so on brand for her and she is able to create it in such a precise, fancy and perfect way that it makes even Future Nostalgia sounds like one of those generic Say So copies.
