This album is a landmark in Brazilian avant-garde music, that tested all limits of military period censorship. It's unusual, subversive, atonal and kitschy, result of seven years of work by a classical music composer, influenced by jazz and comic books, who was unable to remain in silent. Here, Arrigo Barnabé breaks rules and walls, letting escape the dangerous outlaw, the delinquent, the villain, the public enemy number one: Clara Crocodilo!

I genuinely believe that if it weren't for the language barrier, this album would be the number one rap album on this site. This is the perfect portrait of a life-taking machine that takes lives called São Paulo, the most modern and unconformed piece of art in the history of the country — perhaps, of the entire world. Racionais MC's deserve not just to be admired, but understood. So that's why I translated to english.
