Overall Thoughts:
I find myself thinking about the what could have been of this album, especially after listening to the track 6 on Zara Laron's fifth studio album 'Eurosummer'. That track really reminded me that a modern contemporary had also done a whole album that is Europop. Which brings us to the messy and genuinely problematic 'Problematique' from lead single underperformance, label troubles, leaked songs, vault status and eventual surprise release.

I'm writing the day after Valentines Day, since I'm in a lovey-dovey mood. Let's throw it all back to 16 years ago, to an album I consider indie pop bible. Overall Thoughts:
This album feels like diet 'Eternal Sunshine' both are concpect hearbreak albums, with different pop soundscapes, with misleading lead singles, and talented writer and vocalist spearheading it. Where things differ one is the artists Magnum opus and the other one is the wekeast project to date in a their catalouge.

1. THE FRIEND SPACE (80-100) - The opener to this EP about being a homebody when it comes to love. 'The Friend Space' is a catchy pop track the chorus entirely caries it. The verses are kinda eh. Which Woods' has improved in his lyrical abilities but they are weak here. The production is nice and he has solid melodies but that's about it. Not good nor bad just run of the mill.
2. Bad Texter (85-100) - A stronger song it's a great single. ... read more
