One of the pillars of sex rap. This song has everything; a Sir Mix-a-Lot sample, another Sir Mix-a-Lot sample (oh my gosh look at her butt), a whip crack, a mention of a guy with an impossibly huge penis, "Pussy put his ass to sleep, now he callin' me NyQuil", an entire outro dissing skinny women for some reason—what more can I say? It's the quintessential sex-themed hip hop song.
Even putting sex themes aside, it's still a really well produced and lyrically ... read more
I actually really love the synths on this version, and is probably the main reason why I prefer this to MtM's. They provide a sense of... melancholy, maybe? I'm not totally sure what emotion they make me feel, but they make me feel that emotion tenfold. Enough with the synth fanboyism though, let's talk about the rest of the song.
Will, now having the knowledge that "galvanistic" isn't a real word, changed the lyrics from "You galvanistic young boy | You ... read more
would probably be a 9 if jb was knocked out via a baseball bat after he recorded the first chorus
will just made some bullshit
The first album released under the "Car Seat Headrest" name (and the first to be titled after an integer by the then one-man band): 1. This album is something else, for sure.
I think just looking at the cover should give you an idea of what Will's direction for this album was: none. This project primarily entails Will fucking around with whatever sleep deprivation-induced ideas came to his mind at the time, and I fuck with it. Not enough to act as ... read more
Aside from the Weird Al song everyone knows, this still holds up as a pretty good soundtrack. This was one of my favorite animated films growing up, and it played a pretty sizeable role in my childhood, and the soundtrack is at least half responsible for that. "A Friend Like You", "Saturday", that one track that plays when George and Harold's treehouse is introduced that isn't on this specific soundtrack but I still wanted to mention because it's really good, ... read more
Unironically kind of a good silly album. It doesn't quite hold some of the bangers the original movie's soundtrack had, but it has its own thing going on and I respect that.
Again, it's a silly soundtrack for a silly movie with a Radiohead and Elliot Smith namedrop in it.

Every time I hear "I've been fighting on Newgrounds over if my love is valid" I imagine Vylet beating the tankman guy with a stick
What a nice and genuine song! This household really does seem like it'd be fun to live in. waaaaoooohh.
Gotsamn!!! He really IS on fire! His voice makes me feel like I'M going through a crisis haha! Fuck me!
I'm sure I won't. This song's got me feeling I'm running on a cloud, thousands of meters up high, and no matter what happens, I'll stay sky high.
also it sounds cool lol
This is just one of those songs I physically cannot imagine myself hating. You can make the case that it's "cheesy emo trash" or something, but guess what? I don't care. Dark blue dark blueeeeeee motherrfuckerrrrrr
One year later and this song is still stuck in my memory. Genuinely might be some of the most tryhard attention seeking lyrics my eardrums have had the displeasure to be vibrated by
+100 points for the production and Abel's part
-50 for ai carti
I used to think this album was fairly good, believe it or not. I really enjoyed tracks like Do It, Back to Me, Burn, and Fuk Sumn. Then I relistened to the other songs. Yeah, on yet another relisten to this album, I can't say I really know why I liked this as much as I used to.
First off, the beats; this was pretty much the main reason I liked this album in the first place. But even though I actually still like some of the production strung across this album, most of it just feels ... read more
This EP is the QUINTESSENTIAL 2010's ass shaking slut electropop record. Down to the production, the lyricism, the delivery, and most importantly, the VIBES, this short project is an extremely fun listen. Even if you aren't a total bad bitch like I am, there's definitely a lot of enjoyment to get out of Cash Only. So please, give this record a spin and shake that ass, tits, and/or third thing.
Love this album. Sometimes it makes me feel as though I'm traversing through the cosmos in a relaxed, yet adventurous way, and other times it makes me feel like I'm being pursued by a horrific intergalactic space being beyond my own comprehension. Probably my favorite rock album of the year.
