pixelated kisses was short but was still an enjoyable listen but this is just so insanely short, it ends before it has any time to do literally anything, like it sounds nice and has a sweet sort of lullaby sound but it's just such a confusing move to release your shortest song ever after a return track that was already one of your shortest, this has to be an interlude right? idk he's just confusing the hell out of me

This project is very different to the past three albums and it accomplishes changing the pace very smoothly. It’s obviously a turning point in the band’s career and the release of a fourth studio album is the perfect time to do so. laufey keeps her slow and soothing style while amping up production which makes this project feel like a major step forward, there are so many fun details in the production and tons of gorgeous piano and string arrangements, i love how the album simultaneously has relaxing summer vibes AND wintery fairytale vibes just like charm by clairo, speaking of queen it was a nice surprise to hear her on mr. eclectic, and the fact that the last track had straight up jumpscares that led to that burst of ... read more

a small collection of short fun bangers to vibe with, i do wish more risks were being taken to stand out since sir chloe often show amazing potential but don't quite fully recognise it. The first three tracks are easily the top 3 on the album and i was a little disappointed that the rest didn't quite live up to the strong beginning. However, this is overall a solid album that i enjoyed my time with and the hole is one of the best songs i've heard this year, phenomenal opener.
