I really don't understand the hate for this album, I'm not a Halsey fan, but I've heard Badlands and I think both projects are amazing.
Yes, it's "weird", but I don't think there was a better way to make an album where you expose such personal thoughts, like thinking you wouldn't make it to 28, or feeling like a nuisance and thinking everyone would feel better without you.
